This thrilling and challenging 8 day expedition to Norway includes a challenging Gold DofE Expedition through the rugged Southern Mountains with their gurgling rivers, clear blue lakes and deep valleys. This gives the expedition teams a true wilderness experience enhanced with wild camping. This is a challenging adventure trek where we will carry full packs.
We may encounter beaver damming in isolated lakes or see elk wandering through the forest. Ospreys rest in the area so we might see their spectacular fishing antics along the river.
After our trek we will relax with some thrilling white-water rafting from our scenic base.
