Suitable for the expedition phase of DofE Gold. The rugged mountains of southern Norway with their gurgling rivers and clear blue lakes and deep valleys, give the expedition team a true wilderness experience with wild camping. The team will have to carry full packs on this challenging adventure trek. We might encounter beaver damming isolated lakes or see elk wandering through the forest. Ospreys rest in the area so we might see their spectacular fishing antics in the Otra River. We can enjoy some brilliant, thrilling white-water rafting and maybe some mountain biking!
